5. Vendor Responsibilities
Vendors are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their services and for fulfilling their commitments to event planners. Vendors must not engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent their services.
6. Event Planner Responsibilities
Event planners are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their event needs and for communicating promptly with vendors. Event planners must not engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent their event details.
7. Payment Terms
- Fees: Vendors are required to purchase Acorns to submit quotes and participate in projects. All fees and charges are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
- Payment Processing: Payments are processed through our secure payment gateway. Vendor Tree is not responsible for any payment disputes between vendors and event planners.
8. Content Ownership
All content provided by users, including profiles, quotes, messages, and feedback, remains the property of the respective users. By posting content on Vendor Tree, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and distribute your content in connection with the operation of the services.
9. Privacy Policy
Your use of the services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.
10. Limitation of Liability
